Well, We are well under way with the complete refurb of this very popular granite bridge saw, As you can see we have stripped the bed completely and taken off and repaired/replaced all the multi directional rollers for easy movement of heavy material, We are currently sizing up the new wooden bed, Then the rollers will be bolted back onto the bed, The chassis has been stripped and repainted to look immaculate, The head bearings and axis bearings are next on the list, then the final electrical and mechanical test, More of that later in the coming weeks, We spend approx 3-4 weeks working on each machines using our OWN engineers. This machine is sold to a very shrewd client who saw what we had done to previous machines as he tracked the progress on our blog and decided he needed to order this machine before someone else did!! Second hand granite edge polisher is like new!! When Andy Bell from National Masonry made a courtesy call to Steve Smith of Granite Care Wigan to see if he was happy with Granite Care’s latest acquisition, A pre-owned fully refurbed granite edge polisher, Steve’s answer was” To be honest Andy I thought you had sent me a brand new machine by mistake”! “When the machine arrived I genuinely thought is was new!
